- Utilize a cash flow model analysis that supports the annual budget and the long-term sustainability of the district’s finances.
- Appropriately and equitably fund the district’s capital projects budget to expand, innovate, and sustain all of the district’s assets.
- Shape and adopt district policies that align with the district’s fiscal goals and support the 2022-27 Strategic Plan.
